  1. 1 Download and open the ZXP Installer if needed
  2. 2 Extract the Painted ZIP file
  3. 3 Drag the Painted ZXP file into ZXP installer
  4. 4 Restart After Effects
  5. 5 Go to Window → Extensions → Painted
