  1. 1 Download and open the ZXP/UXP Installer if needed
  2. 2 Extract the Motion Dock ZIP file
  3. 3 Drag the Motion Dock ZXP file into the ZXP installer
  4. 4 Restart After Effects
  5. 5 Go to Window → Extensions → Motion Dock
