Up and running in minutes

Install

  1. 1 Download and open the ZXP/UXP Installer if needed
  2. 2 Extract the Motion Dock ZIP file
  3. 3 Drag the Motion Dock ZXP file into the ZXP installer
  4. 4 Restart After Effects
  5. 5 Go to Window → Extensions → Motion Dock

Build your dock

  1. 1 Under Choose a starter, pick Essentials, Animator, Organizer or Designer, or click Build your own
  2. 2 Click Edit layout in the top bar to add, move and resize tools
  3. 3 Click Exit layout mode when it looks right
  4. 4 Use the layout buttons 1, 2 and 3 to keep three different layouts
Need more room? Open Settings, then Panels, and click Open Another Motion Dock Panel. You can have up to five.
